1.2We may introduce new services or features like fitness challenges based on user demand and market changes.
1.3We reserve the right to adjust or change the service content at any time, including but not limited to adding, removing, or modifying features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other appropriate means.
2.1 Users must complete the registration process as required by the app, providing true, accurate, and complete personal information including gender, age, and others.
2.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and passwords and must not transfer, lend, or gift their accounts to others for use. In case of any account anomalies, users should promptly contact us for resolution.
2.3 Users have the right to request account cancellation at any time. However, after cancellation, data recovery may not be possible, and access to certain services may be restricted.
3.1All content within the app (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, course designs, etc.) is protected by copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property laws and belongs to us or relevant rights holders.
3.2Without our explicit written permission, users may not copy, distribute, modify, derive, or use content for commercial purposes.
4.1 Users should adhere to local laws, regulations, and ethical standards when using the application.
4.2 Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, improper, unethical, or infringing behavior that violates the rights of others through the application.
5.1 We reserve the right to terminate a user's account and access rights without prior notice in the event of the user’s violation of this Agreement, laws and regulations, or circumstances deemed necessary by us.
5.2 For reasons such as maintaining system stability, protecting user rights, or responding to government requests, we have the right to temporarily suspend partial or all services.
6.1 We do not guarantee the continuity, timeliness, or security of the services and are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or any other reasons.
6.2 Users should assess their physical condition independently and follow medical advice for exercise. We are not liable for any physical injuries resulting from the use of the application.
The interpretation, effectiveness, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the local laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court at the location of the company.
